I've spent nearly 30 years caring for people as a nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner, but my deepest passion is helping people reconnect with themselves. My path has led me to advanced training in psychedelic-assisted therapies, trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic healing. I believe these experiences are most transformative when approached with intention, safety, and compassionate support. Alongside my private practice, I also support psychedelic clinical research, giving me the opportunity to stay connected to emerging evidence while honoring the timeless wisdom of these medicines. Whether you're preparing for a journey, looking for a trusted sitter, or integrating a meaningful experience, I offer a calm, grounded presence and a nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. My role isn't to direct your experience—it's to help you feel safe enough to trust your own inner wisdom.
