TripSitter provides a directory, provider application process, messaging tools, and lead tracking. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, honestly, and respectfully.
No Medical Or Emergency Service
TripSitter is not a medical provider, mental health provider, emergency service, or crisis service. Content on the site is informational only. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
Accounts
Users must create an account to view provider contact information and use messaging. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account.
Provider Applications
Providers must submit accurate profile, location, service, and photo information. TripSitter may approve, reject, suspend, or remove provider pages at its discretion.
Payments And Welcome Codes
Provider page creation may require payment or a valid welcome code. Welcome codes may expire, be limited in quantity, or be disabled at any time.
Messaging And Off-App Work
TripSitter may store messages and lead activity. If users and providers decide to continue outside the app, their relationship, agreements, payments, and services are their own responsibility.
Content And Conduct
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unsafe content. TripSitter may remove content or accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service.
