I am a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with a post-master's certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP) and advanced training in integrative psychiatry and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Having guided nearly 2,000 ketamine journeys, I combine evidence-based medicine with a holistic approach that supports the integration of mind, body, and spirit. My work helps clients reconnect with their authentic selves through self-compassion, emotional integration, and greater self-awareness. Inspired by Carl Jung's work on individuation and Dr. David Hawkins' exploration of consciousness, I believe healing begins by understanding the unconscious patterns that shape our lives. My approach emphasizes integrating the insights gained during ketamine therapy into meaningful, lasting change. I am also the author of Ketamine, Consciousness & The Art of Integration, a guide that bridges the ketamine experience with practical tools for emotional healing and a framework for understanding the roots of human suffering. My mission is to help people move beyond symptom management toward lasting transformation, resilience, and a deeper connection with themselves.
