Parad K Meier is a Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator in Training and a somatic trauma psychotherapist. She is honored to support others through the powerful potential of psychedelic medicine, especially when held in a safe, attuned, and well-supported environment. Parad brings years of experience working with individuals navigating complex trauma, including CPTSD, PTSD, and early attachment and relational wounding. Her approach is collaborative and grounded in a deep respect for each person’s unique path. She is committed to creating affirming, inclusive spaces, and holds a particular passion for working with LGBTQAI+ individuals. As a white facilitator, she brings humility, curiosity, and a willingness to engage the dynamics that arise in cross-racial healing relationships. Parad works somatically, honoring the body as both a vessel for our stories and a key to healing. She incorporates parts work, relational presence, and holistic practices that invite clients to connect more deeply with themselves. With over a decade of personal and professional experience in non-ordinary states of consciousness, Parad believes in the importance of facilitators having their own relationship with these medicines. She brings warmth, groundedness, and deep listening into the journey space—along with a love of music and the way it can shape and support the inner process. Whether someone is working through deep trauma or seeking greater connection, clarity, or meaning, Parad is honored to walk alongside them on this transformational journey.
