My name is Hannah, and I am an ordained Minister, shamanic healing arts practitioner, and facilitator of earth-based plant & mushroom medicine space. I am here to help people connect to the healing power of sacred earth-based medicines, as well as the medicine and wisdom of the body, the earth, our emotions, and interpersonal connection. I am an esteemed and seasoned somatic healing arts practitioner, with thousands of hours holding sacred space, and facilitating healing ceremonies, workshops & private sessions. My expertise is in supporting folks through trauma resolution, emotional release, cathartic processes, psychedelic experience, incorporating nervous system unwinding, shamanic bodywork, breathwork, neo-tantra practices, sensuality, emotional intimacy, and sacred healing touch. My practice is rooted in consent, nervous system attunement, and trauma healing. Many people who work with me are coming to receive support with chronic anxiety, physical pain, fear, anger/rage, grief, loss, existential crisis, intimacy and sexual health challenges, trauma healing, relationship challenges, nervous system unwinding & repatterning, mental health challenges, and spiritual awakening. I host journeys at a beautiful private yurt in the forest, about 1 hour outside the city. I also have an office in Seattle. I do not support journeys with synthetic substances of any kind, and I am not a licensed / credentialed therapist. I am a spiritual advisor, plant medicine guide, shamanic healing arts practitioner, and ordained minister, walking in devotion to my own healing, as well as the healing of our world, and those who seek my support along their journey.
