About

I am a licensed therapist, yoga teacherm and student of traditional Amazonian plant medicine. My therapeutic approach bridges contemporary psychology, somatic practice, and entheogenic traditions to support individuals on their healing journeys. I work with clients navigating complex trauma, depression, anxiety, major life transitions, existential concerns, chronic illness, neurodivergence, and non-ordinary states of consciousness. I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology in 2012 and have received specialized training in psychedelic integration, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and somatic therapies. I began my relationship with Ayahuasca/Yagé in 2010 and have since traveled extensively throughout Ecuador, Peru, and Colombia, often spending months at a time immersed in indigenous communities to deepen my understanding of traditional Amazonian approaches to healing and ceremonial practice. Before entering private practice, I worked in psychiatric hospitals, social service agencies, residential rehabilitation programs, and county correctional facilities. These experiences allowed me to support individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life circumstances while gaining extensive experience with a wide range of mental health challenges. Many of the therapeutic modalities I offer are practices that have profoundly influenced my own growth and healing. I am passionate about sharing these tools in ways that honor both evidence-based clinical care and traditional wisdom. I provide individualized therapy for those preparing for, navigating, and integrating experiences with psychedelics and entheogenic medicines, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. In addition to psychotherapy, I facilitate experiential healing sessions and strive to create safe, supportive, and deeply respectful environments where each person's experience can unfold with authenticity, dignity, and care.
