Dr. Christina Collins is a licensed psychologist with experience supporting adults, couples, and young adults through trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, anxiety, and personal growth. Her approach is integrative, relational, and nervous-system informed, drawing from depth psychology, parts work/IFS, somatic therapy, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care.
