Hi, I’m Megan I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker based in Austin, Texas. I specialize in working with individuals navigating childhood trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My work is rooted in the understanding that trauma impacts not only the mind, but also the body, nervous system, and spirit. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that honors the whole person. Drawing from EMDR, Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), parts work, somatic therapies, and transpersonal perspectives, I help clients access their innate capacity for healing, resilience, and growth. I view psychedelic experiences as powerful opportunities for insight, healing, and spiritual exploration. My training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy has allowed me to guide clients through deeper levels of self-acceptance and growth. Whether you are preparing for a journey, integrating a meaningful experience, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I provide a grounded and supportive space to explore the questions, emotions, and transformations that emerge along the way. In the words of the great psychologist Carl Rogers, "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” I believe healing is more than symptom reduction - it’s a process of coming back to our true selves, reconnecting with our inner wisdom, cultivating self-compassion, and nurturing a deeper relationship with others and the world around us.
