About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate addiction, trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, strengthen self-esteem, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual, integrating psychodynamic, relational, trauma-informed, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches. I am IFS Level I trained and draw from a variety of evidence-based and experiential modalities to meet each client's unique needs. I have completed training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and the MAPS MDMA-Assisted Therapy Training and have a strong interest in the thoughtful integration of psychedelic-assisted therapies within ethical, evidence-informed mental health care. I offer virtual therapy for residents of New York, New Jersey, and Florida, as well as in-person sessions on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
