I am a therapist, psychedelic integration guide, and ceremonial facilitator. I work with people at life’s turning points, helping them rewire limiting patterns and live with ease, purpose, and connection. My clinical training includes Jungian psychology, IFS, Hakomi, relational psychoanalytic therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, and somatic approaches to healing trauma. I’m a Minister and Ceremonial Facilitator with Congregation for Sacred Practices, an organization offering healing and spiritual guidance to those on the awakening path. I’ve also been a student of personal growth and consciousness work for over 25 years, including deep immersions in expressive arts, Buddhist meditation, shamanic drum journey, and earth based healing. These lineages inform my work, always held within ethical, relational care.
