About
Dana L. McDowell, MA, LPC, CEDS has been practicing since 2006 at the intersection of somatic awareness, depth psychology, and clinical psychotherapy. She holds a Master's in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University and is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). Her practice centers on three modalities: Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (in partnership with licensed medical teams), Hakomi somatic psychotherapy, and psychedelic integration. She brings clinical rigor, first-hand familiarity with non-ordinary states, and a body-centered approach to all three. Dana works with adults navigating treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, eating disorders, and the kind of plateau that comes when conventional therapy has taken you as far as it can. She sees clients in person in Arvada and Denver, and via telehealth where appropriate.
