I am a social worker first and foremost, and strive to embody its core values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice in my practice. I believe in a humanistic approach to therapy: nonjudgmental, rich with empathy, client-led, and grounded in genuine connection. Theories foundational to my profession include systems theory, intersectional feminism, critical-race theory, neurobiology, and queer theory. My holistic technique allows me to customize your experience. I combine a variety of evidence-based methods to ensure therapy sessions feel packed with perspective, valuable, and consider you as an entire human — not just your symptoms. My goal as your therapist is to meet you with curiosity and compassion as we gently disrupt harmful patterns of thinking, feeling, and being, cultivate your inner wisdom, and celebrate your identities.
