I’m Chelsea Hawthorne, founder of Althea Somatic Therapy, somatic practitioner, and graduate student in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University. For the past five years, I have been actively engaged in personal psychedelic work, integration practices, and psychedelic communities, experiences that have deeply shaped both my personal growth and professional path. My work draws from mindfulness, nervous system regulation, embodiment practices, breathwork, trauma-informed approaches, trauma release practices, and transpersonal psychology. Whether someone is processing a psychedelic journey, navigating a major life transition, exploring spiritual questions, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I offer a grounded space for reflection, integration, and growth. I believe healing happens in connection. Rather than focusing solely on insight, I help clients explore how meaningful experiences can become lived experiences through awareness, boundaries, relationships, and embodied action. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity, honoring each person’s unique path toward wholeness and self-trust. Drawing from five years of experience engaging with psychedelic medicines and integration practices, I support individuals in making sense of transformative experiences and weaving those insights into everyday life with greater intention, authenticity, and self-compassion. I provide non-clinical psychedelic preparation and integration support and do not offer medical advice, prescribe substances, diagnose conditions, or facilitate psychedelic administration.
